Role Duties:

• Manage clients, project team, contractors and suppliers to ensure problem free operations of projects assigned.
• Ensure project teams, contractors, workers and staff have the required equipments and tools to complete the projects.
• Assist in developing operating policies and procedures in order to administer the projects in a cost effective and safe manner.
• Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures and standards are followed at all sites.
• Coordinate movement of equipment/tools/machines to work sites per project requirements.
• Ensure that services and equipment comply with the contractual pricing, technical and schedule requirements within the cost and other constraints relating to the specific projects.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide mentorship and training to fellow employees.
• Able to handle technical issues, reports, procedures and any relevant documents related to the projects.

• Able to handle the SOP for the department as stated:

1. Pre-Construction Stage: Works Schedule, Risk Assessment, Work Safety Procedure, Method Statement.
2. Procurement of Materials: Quantification of Materials, Order or Materials, Coordination of Delivery, Inspection of Delivered Plants and Materials, Accepted or rejected must inform the purchaser.
3. Construction Stage: Spot checking of PPE for workers, Check the Site condition or working area, Attending coordination meeting at site, Attending safety meeting, Alteration or relocation of planting if any, Marking of progressive work in the plan , Progressive monthly claim, Monitoring of ongoing works.
4. Post Construction Stage: Preparation of as built drawing, Marking of As Built drawing to the site, Checking and submission of As Built drawing, Second round inspection of Inspection based on the defects list, Final Inspection / Hand over, Completion certificate from Main Contractor.
5. Variation Order: Submission of Job sheet or Variation Order to QS.
6. Maintenance Proper (DLP): Preparation and Submission of Maintenance Schedule as per Contract, Submission of Maintenance Card to QS.

Role Duties:

• Degree/ Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years on-site experience in project coordination is preferred
• Strong anticipation and problem solving skill on site problems to avoid complication
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Well verse in computer literacy

Job Description:

• Prepare project proposals & review, and seeking for approvals. Management team and Team Leaders will provide guidance. project team, management and customers.
• Work closely with business team to handle customers. Support business team for any escalations from customers.

Overall Job Objectives

The BIM modeler will work have to support all life cycle of a projects from feasibility study to design and up to as built of industrial buildings and structures. The modeler will work together with Architects/Design manager to make BIM models/drawings in the areas of Structural & Architectural.

The modeler will develop BIM Model and generate AutoCAD 2D. The modeler will prepare layouts, sections, elevations, schedules and blow-up details for submission of drawings.

Core Responsibilities

1. Create 3D models using Autodesk Revit/Bentley OBD /ArchiCAD

2. Ensure models and shop drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards, and specifications

3. Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, and drawings

4. Able to understand, create, and amend drawings/ models in BIM software independently

5. Able to generate required information from the BIM software

6. Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately

7. Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements

Job Specifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized University.

2. Able to read and understand technical drawings for all disciplines

3. Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

4. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsible to manage overall aspects for project/s assigned.

2. Coordinate necessary site induction (SIC).

3. Coordination with all parties for site installation and arrangement, resolve any issues arise.

4. Monitor workers attendance and work progress.

5. Make sure site workers work according to site requirement for safety and quality.

6. Manage and arrange any request from site supervisor / workers.

7. Update weekly progress status to management.

8. Attend to client line walk and follow up punch list closure.

9. Prepare any necessary documentation for project assigned.

10. Any other ad-hoc tasks assign by management.

Skill Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

2. Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in Semi-conductor piping system preferred.

3. Able to build rapport with different group of people.

4. Good knowledge in construction safety and quality.

5. Experiences in UHP gas / chemical system will be added advantage.

6. Able to work with minimum supervision.
