Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management:Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Project Management:Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  
• Leadership & Team Management:Supervise and mentor a team of operational staff and project leads.
  Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders.
  
• Budget and Resource Management:Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  Ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining high-quality output.
  
• Risk Management:Identify and mitigate potential risks to operations and project outcomes.
  Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and project management roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.
