About the Role

Zero-Error Systems (ZES) is seeking versatile, detail-oriented Field Application Engineering - Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and engineering team to identify customer needs, develop technical solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of ZES’ products. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced, development environment, you will also play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to customers. Key Responsibilities

1) Customer Support and Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing their queries and providing technical support.

• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including application notes, user guides, and technical reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer activities and support issues.

Key Requirements

• Reviewing, editing and/or translating high visibility UI content and high priority long form content of Meta family of apps and other core experiences in English-to-Vietnamese

• To design, plan and execute MINDS' Annual Workplan Seminar

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic planning, risk management and Occupational Health and Safety, or quality improvement

Responsibilities:

• High-quality guidance and mentorship on Enterprise level architecture, configuration, optimization and data governance work in sophisticated Splunk Enterprise & Splunk Cloud environments
• Strategic execution of adoption activities, including regular meeting cadence, documentation, and representation of improving valuable outcomes from your work with customers.
• Design and prioritise solutions to address issues related to scalability, performance, integration, technical debt, usability, underused functionality, capacity utilization, workload optimization, data hygiene, etc.

• Proven experience with Cloud Migration projects
• 3+ years of Splunk architecture experience
• Ability to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot sophisticated Splunk Enterprise environments
• Thorough understanding of Splunk Deployment Methodology & Implementation
• Expert-level knowledge of multi-tier Splunk architectures, clustering, and scalability topics
• Strong SPL skills and experience are a must

You will be responsible for the implementation, execution, and optimization of highly personalised automated marketing campaigns and programs using our suite of marketing technology platforms.

This role requires someone who is a team player, possessing technical knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms. The candidate must be a self-starter and problem-solver, able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-moving working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage complex marketing automation campaigns in marketing automation tools, including customer journeys, segmentation, automation rules, and triggers.
• Work with agency partner to develop and execute targeted and personalized campaigns that align with marketing objectives, drive engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with business units to develop strategies, plan, and execute tactics across customer digital touchpoints.
• Plan, manage, execute and optimize tactical and nurture campaigns to drive sales and leads on digital channels using marketing automation tools
• Continuously monitor and analyze platform performance across the marketing technology stack provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, campaign briefs, and technical specifications.
• Work with acquisition team to conduct testing and optimization for segmentation activities to improve performance

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Business or equivalent
• at least 8 years of relevant working experience in data engineering or equivalent and marketing platform, working experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Eloqua and Google Analytics, possessing relevant certifications is a plus
• Experience with customer data platforms and marketing data is a plus
• Experience working with Asana, JIRA, MS Office, Visio, Lucid Charts and/or project management tools
• Excellent stakeholder management skills by providing clear communicating priorities, objectives/goals and deliverables
• Some knowledge and experience in data query and integration concepts such as SQL, Javascript, APIs and SFTP
• Understanding of analytical tools like Google Analytics, GTM and Customer Identity & Access Management is a plus
• Ability to work with cross functional teams to identify use cases to be implemented for platforms
