Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Management

• Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting process by designing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple channels.
• Lead the recruitment process, from requisition approval to sourcing candidates to offer acceptance, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process

Employer Branding Strategy & Execution:

• Drive social media and digital marketing strategies to engage potential candidates and increase brand awareness.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Track, measure, and report on key metrics related to employer branding and talent acquisition efforts.
• Utilize data insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and achieve recruitment goals.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives and recommend improvements.

Candidate Experience & Engagement:

• Focus on improving the candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding.
• Ensure seamless communication with candidates, promoting a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to enhance candidate engagement initiatives, including career fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent outreach programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or recruitment marketing.
• Proven experience managing projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience in creating and executing employer branding strategies across multiple channels (social media, job boards, events).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
