Job Description
We are looking for project Managers who would be accountable for managing driving end-to-end ITSM programs, able to implement various ITIL processes utilizing tools like ServiceNow, service catalog transformation, drive automation across IT services respective technical processes etc.
Responsibilities
• Collaborating with stakeholders to assess project requirements, review strategies, Drive decision, implementation, and governance.
• Managing several key/strategic projects at any given point in time preferably for ITSM
• Stakeholder Management (internal/ client) up to the Director/ VP career stage while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Handling commercial acumen i.e. Estimation, Budgeting, Earned Value Analysis, Maintaining GM.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management tominimizeproject risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Skills Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar areas
• 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
• Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
