About the Role:

As a CBRE Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee a team responsible for multiple construction projects for small to medium-sized clients.

This job is part of the Construction Management function. They are responsible for ensuring all deliverables of construction projects are completed on time.

What You’ll Do:

The Role:

The Project Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing project opportunities for the Company. This includes sourcing clients, building client relationships, structuring transactions and securing project rights.
