Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Reservations, specializing in the China market, will manage quotations, bookings, invoicing, and reservation processes for inbound travel. This role requires strong expertise in handling Chinese client needs, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quotation Management:Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients and travel partners in the China market.
   Collaborate with suppliers to secure the best rates and availability.
   
2. Booking Coordination:Oversee and process reservations for accommodation, transportation, tours, and other travel services.
   Ensure accurate input of booking details in the reservation system and timely confirmations.
   
3. Invoicing and Payment Handling:Generate and manage invoices for confirmed bookings.
   Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection.
   
4. Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary contact for Chinese clients and partners, providing prompt and professional service.
   Address client queries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
   
5. Team Collaboration and Supervision:Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
   Provide guidance and support to junior reservation staff as required.
   
6. Market Knowledge and Reporting:Stay updated on trends and preferences within the China market.
   Analyze booking data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
   

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in reservations or travel operations, with a focus on the China market.
• Proficient in reservation systems and invoicing tools.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese travel trends and preferences.

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

As an Product Marketing Manage, you'll join a diverse team focused on growing the consumer business across APAC, particularly in Southeast Asia (SEA). Your will be responsible for driving member growth and engagement through innovative programs and campaigns.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of International Consumer Product Marketing, based in Singapore - hybrid work arrangements (based in CBD).

Responsibilities:

• Drive member growth and engagement in APAC, focusing on SEA and India, through targeted campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise and negotiate with all stakeholders, balancing cost efficiency and optimum performance for the events
• Create and propose profit and loss budget for different project profiles
• Oversee and develop operation plans from the start to the end of the events, including contingency and risk management plans

• Oversee and manage event expenditure within events budget, liaise with finance on invoicing and payment matters to ensure timely settlement

• Comply with various event’s policies and procedures to ensure that they are within government rules and regulations
• Manage a team of 3-4 members in the operation department and tasking them to different projects

• Resolve all project issues and deviations to ensure that projects are executed as planned
• Review project deliverables to ensure that they adhere to event plans

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma with specialization in Events Management, Mass Communication or Project Management preferred
• Preferably at least 4 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the field of Events, Entertainment or Exhibition
• Strong interest in the music/entertainment or exhibition industry and possess great knowledge in music trends
• Great attention to detail, is highly responsible and takes pride and ownership in work done
• Excellent people managing skills

Responsibilities:

We are looking for compliance personnel to assist in enhancing the compliance risk framework of the company. The candidate will help to manage and execute the compliance programs, provide policy guidance and to carry out compliance training for the company’s diversified investment business groups. Depending on the candidate’s experience, duties will include the following:

• Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring/surveillance across the company’s business activities;
