We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer (Mobility ) to work on deployment and enhancements projects with clients mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in common MDM and UEM solutions, enabling seamless deployment, configuration, and management of end-user devices across various platforms. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable device management while enhancing user productivity and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities:

Device Management and Configuration

• Administer, configure, and maintain Workspace ONE UEM and Microsoft Intune platforms to manage end-user devices (mobile, laptops, desktops, and tablets).
• Develop and deploy device provisioning profiles, policies, and configuration settings for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows platforms.
• Perform bulk device enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and policy configuration.

Application and Patch Management

• Manage application distribution, updates, and removal using MDM tools.
• Perform regular patch management to ensure devices remain secure and up-to-date with the latest OS and application versions.
• Test and deploy critical security updates across managed devices to minimize vulnerabilities.

Server Setup/ Upgrade ( Non MDM related )

• Deploy, configure and update Windows Servers .
• Apply updates, patches and configuration changes to on-prem or cloud systems
• Assist in any related system projects that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Workspace One UEM and/or Intune (Endpoint Manager)

• Familiarity with Active Directory Azure AD

• Proficiency with Managing End-user Devices especially Windows Devices

The Civil Engineer is responsible for providing engineering and administrative coordination for the design, supply, construction and testing of the project. The primary challenge of this position is to ensure the project is completed in a timely and cost effective manner to meet contractual arrangements made with the client. Responsibilities will focus on projects with bulk earth works and civil works.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Safety

• Undertake all responsibilities in a safe manner.

Technical

• Manage interface between UGL Electrical/Structural Engineers and Civil design consultants
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure job is constructed to the drawings, to the customer requirements
• Attend meetings with client taking a lead role on items like bulk earth works and civil works
• Liaise with Client on all technical aspects of the project
• Ensure that the survey of installations throughout the project is conducted in a professional manner with all results being reviewed and accepted as correct with actions coordinated and documented.
• Verification of all Subcontractor earth works and civil works quantities for progress claims
• Assist the Project Manager with compliance to the documentation required under the UGL Management System
• Review and plan the project with the Project Manager to ensure technical aspects of job are clear and to become familiar with contractual arrangements made with client
• Liaise with Construction Manager to ensure job is on schedule
• Provide a focal point for all technical based queries for associated subcontractors/suppliers.
• Provide engineering advice for subcontractors/suppliers
• Liaise with the Project Manager and the Project Planner regarding schedule issues and status of activities
• Prepares with the Quality Manager all Inspection and Test Plans and associated Project Specific Procedures
• Ensure that the quality requirements of the client are adhered to and that company procedures are followed

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) To advise management on the requirements and compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act

The Project Admin Officer supports the Project management team and performs project-related administrative functions. Our major Oil and Gas Downstream Client is looking for Project Accountant who will report to the Project Manager and provide overall financial controls of multi projects, in line with the Client's and Controls Integrity Management Systems (CIMS).

• Project finance management: project cost estimates, invoice processing, monthly bookkeeping (accrual and reclassification), monthly financial stewardship reporting and project financial closeout (write-off and write-on of assets)
• Review fee proposal and ensure it is according to the vendor's service agreement (if applicable), seek client's DOAG approval, submit to procurement for PO creation meeting minutes documentation
