Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent
• Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work/project complete within the timeline with minimum disruption to the patients and staff.
• Work with co-colleagues and contractors to ensure that all physical plants & equipment are serviced as per planned schedule.
• Ensure effective communication & co-ordination with vendors & sub-contractors for work to be carried out.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
• Coordinating cooks' tasks.
• Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
• Designing new recipes, planning menus, and selecting plate presentations.
• Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
• Hiring and training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers, and dishwashers.
• Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.
• Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.
• Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints.

Executive Chef Requirements:

• 2+ years of culinary education.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices.
• Proficient knowledge of human resources management.
• Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays.

The HR Executive will assist the HR Manager in providing the full spectrum of human resources work and to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of the various human resource operations and HR projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Manager in managing the daily operations of the HR department, systems and processes, engaging all stakeholders, providing timely and efficient services.
• Sourcing,recruitment and selection of staff to meet the organization manpower needs.
• Maintain staff P-file and records in the HRIS to ensure that it is updated and current.
• Conduct staff orientation, handling onboarding, staff movements and offboarding of staff.
• Administer staff compensation and benefits to ensure that it is accurate and updated.
• Participates in the implementation of HR projects, review and improve current processes.
• Provide support in the annual performance appraisal and compensation exercises.
• Provide support in the manpower planning and budgeting, training and development of staff.
• Coordinate the Learning and Development initiative and programmes
• Application of training related grants by governments (eg. NCSS VCF, SDF grants via Skill Connect Portal etc.)
• Drive company events and engagement initiatives including feedback and staff bonding events.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experiences.
• Good knowledge of Singapore labour laws and legislations.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and able to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Good working attitude and self-driven.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels across all product categories
• Prepare and distribute purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
• Provide administrative support for the merchandising team, including data entry, reporting and filing
• Coordinate with respective shops to ensure effective allocation of stocks through stock transfer and replenishment planning
• Assist in re-ordering of best sellers and assortment planning process
• Provide support and liaise closely with the logistics team at the warehouse as and when required
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
• Working hours are Mon-Fri and alternate Saturdays (half day)

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or merchandising support role, ideally within the retail industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation
