• Inform respective schools to broadcast the available enrichment programme to the parents.
• Handle parents’ queries, feedback and enrolment promptly and professionally.
• Provide parents with clear explanations on our programmes via various communication channels.
• Prepare necessary in the portal for registration.
• Follow up with parents for registration, payment and programme schedules.
• Prepare enrolment list, teachers detail to send to schools before the start of programme.
• Work closely with vendors and schools for any cancellation/replacement class.
• Inform parents on cancellation/replacement of classes if any.
• Process ad-hoc credit refunds for students who are withdrawing/graduating.
• Execute payment process for the enrichment programme vendors.
• Correspond with ECF for sponsored students and enrichment programmes.
• Provide operational support for all enrichment programmes.
• Prepare monthly and termly revenue and costing reports for E-reach.
• Prepare monthly programme enrolment report for E-reach.
• Reception duties, answering any phone and email enquiries.
• Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Acquire a strong working knowledge of the organisation’s programmes and services.
• Maintain close liaison with other departments in order to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Develop great rapport with parents, children as well as teachers to build brand loyalty.
• Responsible for the weekly logistics of the enrichment programmes, including printing, assembling, packing and arranging of transport of experiment materials to various schools.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses at least GCE ‘A’ levels or the equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year experience working in a customer service.
• Required to work shift hours and on weekends.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

Programme Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare Overall Schedule based on programme information.
• Plan and schedule timetables with scheduling system (Syllabus Plus) and release timetables within the given timeframe.
• Work with Heads of Schools to schedule assignments to academics (Full Time / Associates) and to ensure full-time academics are prioritized and optimally assigned to teaching assignments.
• Liaise with vendors for outsourced tasks, such as lecturer placement, issuance of contract, payroll processing, assessment marking fee, etc and support in providing necessary data and information where required.
• Managing and updating the pool of Associated Lecturers.
• Daily checking of assigned classes to ensure class starts as per scheduled.
• Liaise with University partners on scheduling related matters: students’ pathway, teaching load etc for assigned programmes.
• Provide accurate information and schedule promptly and updates to relevant stakeholders as and when necessary.

Resource Planning & Data Management

• Plan and manage resources (e.g. room, lecturers) using Syllabus Plus to ensure smooth delivery of programmes.
• Input, maintain and update information and data to student management system and / or other applicable applications.
• Ensure all assigned teaching staff and modules are registered with CPE.
• Liaise with the Programme Management team for customized student’s pathway, tutorial groupings, assessments, etc for the assigned programmes.

Exams

• Work with Exam Team to plan examination schedules for assigned programmes.
• Liaise with Exam Centre for main and re-exams.

Others

• Support in providing data during budgeting exercise.
• Support in conducting orientation to newly appointed associate lecturer.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline with 1-3 years of experience
• Assist in events and orientation 2-4 times per year
• Good team working skills and a flexible approach to delivering team results.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize own work independently to achieve agreed results and, at times, under pressure.
• Good Oral and written communication skills and ability to liaise and network with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with good level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of higher education qualifications in Singapore and Internationally.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge and experience in using resource optimization tools will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of payroll function (around 1000 Headcounts) and ensure accurate and timely administration of pay.
• Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments
• Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims
• Prepare overpayment recovery letters to resigned staff to claim overpayment due to resignation
• Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance
• Prepare and send out electronic payslips
• Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission
• Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects
• Handle staff enquiries on payroll matters

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in for a fast-paced environment
• Preferably with relevant working experience in handling high volume (min. 500 headcounts)
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Knowledge in Frontier e-HR System is an added advantage
