Job description:

• Conduct routine inspections on all building services, equipment, and facilities.
• Ensure all service providers are performing up to the specification of contracts
• Attend to emergency service breakdown
• Attend to enquiries and feedback
• Ensure all contracts, insurance, certificates, and licenses are renewed before expiry.
• Coordinate and attend Council Meetings and AGMs, including preparation of notices, agenda, documents, as well as recording of the minutes
• Manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondences and documents
• Monitor payments and manage recovery of arrears
• Liaise with solicitors on recovering of arrears and other matters
• Preparing of Budget for Management and Sinking Fund

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Property Management preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience and able to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Good work attitude, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in smart estate app and digital payment platform preferable.

Position and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.

Our client is a well-established global Healthcare company based in Japan. They are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

• Identify the market potentials and opportunities and plan/execute the strategies for the Diabetes diagnostics, Lab Automation, PoC and Oral Care products within Singapore, the SEA region or the Middle East region
• Optimize sales by developing new channel partners such as distributors as well as replacing existing channel partners with better options
• Support and provide advice on the sales & marketing activities as well as other relevant requirements (such as training, after-sales support, logistics, etc.) for existing channel partners for business growth.
• Be directly involved in developing new customers through identifying their needs and displaying how we can meet those needs
• Routinely meet with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction with ARKRAY products and services and identify additional product sales opportunities
• Provide support to the HQ team (in Japan) in such tasks as import and export logistics, commercial, service, regulatory and marketing

The Requirements:

• Degree in Science or a related field with at least 2 years of sales experience in the medical device or IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry
• Strong ability to drive sales, identify opportunities, and close deals effectively
• Ability to create persuasive sales presentations and confidently present to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of global cultures and an ability to build meaningful relationships with partners and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
