Responsibilities:

• Responsible for safe, efficient transportation and delivery of customer catering orders and practice safe food handling procedures at all times
• To adhere to assigned schedule while delivering orders in a safe and timely manner
• Loads and unloads equipment and food on and off of catering vans
• Checks catering order sheets while loading catering van to ensure all equipment, food and supplies being sent are correct
• To conduct a trip inspection of delivery vehicle to ensure it is in proper working order and coolers are holding temperatures
• Report any safety issues and/or temperature holding concerns to supervisor to resolve any issues before proceeding to use the vehicle
• Maintain equipment sanitation including but not limited to: vehicles, holding boxes/bags, beverage dispensers, etc
• To ensure compliance to local legislation and industry standard of food safety system, in-house Food Safety Management System
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Must have Class 3 driving license
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays
• Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Builds business by identifying and selling prospects
• Develop and maintain goodrelationship with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales.
• Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets and generate new opportunities though supporting the customer’s needs in term of sales and technical aspects.
• Identifies product improvements or new products and/or technologies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Identify new potential customers and set approach strategies for maximizing profits
• Provide quality technical consultative service and generate specification document to Architects, Façade Consultants and Contractors by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Provide after sales service , resolve issues, problem solving and handle complaints in a timely manner
• Business and market development of new market entries and domestic market and actively search for new and upcoming projects
• Actively make cold call to establish new customer relationships.
• Report to Sales Manager about goals, sales, and prospects

REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE “A” level, diploma in business, sales & marketing or related professional qualification
• 2-3 years proven work experience as a sales executive and possess excellent communication, negotiation, strong analytical and time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience in the building industry an advantage
