Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accounts for drivers, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments.
- Handle cash transactions related to driver accounts, including cash collections and disbursements.
- Monitor driver performance and adherence to company policies.
- Resolve payment disputes and discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with drivers to understand their needs and provide support.
- Analyze account data to identify trends and improve financial processes.
- Prepare regular reports on driver accounts, cash flow, and financial performance for management.
- Assist in onboarding new drivers and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding cash handling.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in account management or finance, preferably in transportation or logistics.
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and financial principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
