• Maintain owned social channels to ensure brand voice and consistency
• Support Park Rewards initiatives to drive loyalty and engagement through owned and paid channels.
• Liase with agency partners, hotels, and design team to create and co-create engaging content
• Coordinate production of marketing communications collateral, including the website, brochures, videos, exhibitions, presentations, and corporate gifts
• Attend to other tasks or projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good understanding and experience on mainstream social channels is a must
• Familiar with China social channels (WeChat, RED) highly preferred

Job Scope :

- Manage the day-to-day Accounting operations including A/R, A/P, Revenue Recognition for specific products.

- Assist to ensure closing of books within the timeline and review of any manual entry for adjustment.

- Approval of workflows for payments after preparing disbursement slips in system.

- Preparation of the internal monthly analysis report for the assigned sections/products.

- Prepare Consolidation package with workings (quarterly).

- Assist in Audit (Internal and External), prepare FS notes workings.

- Prepare Corporation Tax workings and assist in tax query.

- Involve in other tax matters like Transfer Pricing documentation and Global Trader Programme as well as withholding tax.

- Support as a team member, for cover of duty and any miscellaneous projects and tasks

Requirements:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

- Good understanding in SB-FRS and Corporate Tax

- Proficiency with MS Office applications.

- Meticulous to ensure accuracy of reports

- Good communication skills both written & verbal.

- Ability to multi-task and able to work well as a team member

• Generate daily sales report and reconcile report with cashless service providers.

• Perform daily bookkeeping transactions for AP/AR.

• Maintain accurate entry postings, financial records and statements.

• Manage general ledger and update on audit schedule.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing and year end closing.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, consolidation balance sheet and P&L statements.

• Handle reconciliation and inter-co transactions.

• Liaise closely with suppliers and customers for payment related matters.

• Analyse accounts transactions and provide accurate, timely GST reports for IRAS filing.

• Responsible for yearly financial audit and work closely with tax agent and auditors.

• Liaise with government authorities and complete all government statistical surveys.

• Prepare monthly Management accounts for Directors.

• Prepare official documentation to government agencies for claim submission.

• Any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting with ACCA certification or equivalent.

• Preferably experience in F&B industry.

• Prior experience in managing full set of accounts and voluminous transactions.

• Excellent knowledge of accounting terms and language.

• Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication skills.
