Join Our Team as a Project Management Executive!
Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering impactful results? We’re looking for a Project Management Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth running of projects by tracking progress on the ground, and updating management on status, progress, irregularities and risks timely
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
- Oversee aspects of projects, including planning, organizing and supervising staff
- Provide staff guidance, motivation, operational management, and administrative control
- Manage manpower deployment, staff engagement and attrition handling
- Plan, develop, implement, and maintain the project to meet or exceed the performance standards set
- Intermittently review projects’ processes and improve staff operational efficiency within projects’ goals and budgets
- Ensure that deliverables to clients are submitted completely, accurately, and timely while monitoring and conducting performance review of staff against their targeted performance
- Business partnering focus with clients, and the ability to detect unstated assumptions, resolve conflicts and handle staff management issues
- Proactively identify and manage client demands, identifying areas of risk and manage effectively
- Participate in business review meetings with clients periodically to review performance, processes, plans to align goals and strategic partnership as well as discuss/ agree upon required changes to the project as appropriate
- Highlight to Project Manager areas of concern and suggesting ways to overcome problems
- Create comprehensive project documentation such as training guides/SOP and project reports
- Cover staff duties when needed to fulfil project(s)’s KPI
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in related fields of Project Management, Business Administration etc
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in client servicing and staff management
- Strong analytical ability and attention to details
- Experience in identifying, managing, and mitigating project issues and risks.
- Have a solution centric mindset to be ready for any situations.
- Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing people/ issues and difficult situations.
- Strong business acumen to handle all levels of stakeholders, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to manage staff, collaborate with clients, and management
- Must be able to work well in a fluid and dynamic environment and have effective time management
- Resourceful and able to work independently and at project sites when required.
