As an eCommerce Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our online sales and marketing efforts. You will assist in managing our eCommerce platform, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will spend 70% of your time on creative operations, 30% on data analytics across 3 brands across SEA.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing Management:Assist in creating briefs for new product launches images, product descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
   
2. Platform Management:Oversee the operations and performance of the eCommerce platform - ensuring functionality, usability, and an optimal customer experience.
   Collaborate with affiliate teams to optimize product pages, including images, descriptions, and keywords.
   Analyze user experience data, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance the online shopping experience and smooth checkout processes.
   Effectively communicate issues and/or delays to key stakeholders
   
3. Campaign Support:Assist in creating briefs for online promotional campaigns
   Review eCommerce site performance and recommend optimization plans
   Aid in the execution of online promotional campaigns such as sales & KPIs recording
   Conduct competitive and market analysis
   
4. Analytics and Reporting:Assist in analyzing eCommerce performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design agencies, affiliates & regional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of eCommerce initiatives.
• You will manage project timeline & progresses, adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
• Experience in Lazada store operations a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Job Description:

• Processing 1,000 headcounts for payroll
• Handle full spectrum of payroll administration and ensuring timely, accuracy of payroll activities in compliance with the Company policies and statutory requirements.
• Facilitate, prepare and check monthly payroll, overtime, commissions, incentives, allowances and deductions for all staff
• Support People Ops for joiners/leavers/staff movements for payroll related matters. Compute and check new hires and leavers' payroll
• Conduct payroll checking and internal controls through data validation and monitoring / tracking payments
• Generate/prepare all monthly and month-end payroll reporting such as employee payroll reports; variance reports etc.
• Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21 and NS made-up claims
• Prepare tax return (IR21) and handle tax clearance matters (tax directives) for foreign employees leaving the company
• Process yearly Auto-Inclusion Scheme for Employment Income to IRAS
• Provide support for audit season on payroll matters
• Provide support to respective departments on all payroll related matters
• Participate in enhancement of payroll related work processes.
• Prepare payment vouchers for split-payroll arrangement and validate payments for secondees and overseas-based employees
• Ensure upkeep of Payroll documentation for proper storage and retrieval of records (cloud-based portal).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Finance, Human Resources or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on working experience in Payroll administration
• Proficient in MS Office, is meticulous with numbers and details oriented
• Digitally inclined and comfortable with working entirely on cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Strong teammate; must be able to play a supporting role to Recruiters in a highly competitive talent war
• Focused and committed to do your best and high level of attention to details and accuracy
• Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member
