RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company's owned e-commerce system, including responding to customer queries, relevant documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners for order fulfilment.
• Support the e-commerce strategy, including web development to enhance to e-commerce site, content management, pricing management, sales materials and ensure best practice is maintained across the website.
• Managing and working with wider teams, partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create a comms strategy to increase sales by driving awareness of the platform and drive conversion.
• Plan, implement and track sales to optimize results and meet commercial goals and KPIs.
• Other adhoc tasks as assigned from time to time by your Reporting Officer.

• 2 - 3 years of working experience in E-Commerce Channel Management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce (Magento).

Overview: The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for managing communication and relationships between the company and its shareholders, investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. They play a crucial role in representing the company to the investment community and ensuring transparency in financial reporting and communications. The Investor Relations Manager reports to the Investor Relations Head.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the investor relations strategy in alignment with the company's objectives to maximize shareholder value and investor confidence.
• Act as a primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions, addressing inquiries, providing information, and managing relationships.
• Prepare and review financial reports, presentations, press releases, and other investor-related communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations on investor sentiment and perception.
• Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and corporate events to promote the company and attract potential investors.
• Coordinate earnings calls, investor meetings, and analyst briefings to discuss the company's financial performance, strategic initiatives, and outlook.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; relevant certifications (CFA, IR certification) are a plus.
• Proven experience in investor relations, finance, corporate communications, or related fields, preferably in a publicly traded company or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and SEC regulations governing disclosure and reporting requirements.

• Provide daily market updates through news scans.

Website Management

• Maintain and upload announcements to the company’s website.

Requirements:

• Degree in sustainability, communications, business, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in investor relations or sustainability.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to support bilingual communication and materials.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with the real estate industry, sustainability reporting, or finance/accounting is a plus.
