Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational requirements
- Support and manage after hours event coverage
- Plan and optimise the use of resources (scheduling of technicians, vehicles, spareparts etc)
- Supervise and monitor staff performance
- Schedule staff weekend duty
- Schedule inhouse production work
- Manage warehouse
- Back up IT team support (Offsite and Onsite): Technical hardware and driver support
- Administer and execute contracts
Requirements
- Diploma in IT or related fields
- IT knowledge required (have experience building a PC from scratch)
- At least 3 years experience in photocopier or related industry
- Possess a valid Class 3 licence and above.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership qualities
