JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Organize, monitor and ensure manufacturing processes operated with minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.

13. Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the staff.
14. Communicate regularly with all production and maintenance teams, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning production and maintenance issues.
15. Assist in hiring of production personnel.
16. Maintain and update operating manuals for all the manufacturing equipment and facilities.
17. Maintain and update operating training manuals for all manufacturing processes.
18. Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the HOD / Management from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
2. Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR software.
3. Coordinate staff training, development programs, and cohesion events.

5. Prepare HR reports and collaborate on policy implementation.
6. Support volunteer recruitment, induction, and deployment.
7. Maintain volunteer records and ensure policy alignment.
8. Coordinate recognition events and manage volunteer applications.
9. Facilitate meetings and ensure completion of mandatory training for volunteers.

Purpose and Scope

Manages the overall preparation of mechanical engineering designs, drawings, specifications, schedules, quantity and cost estimates for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Experience in both construction management and design
