Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager in Singapore. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer complaints. You are primarily responsible for preparing and managing monthly financial statements, budgets, costings, and claims submissions for research and clinical trials. RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:

2. Arrears & Bad Debts

• To obtain updates from AFD on status of GIRO runs twice monthly
• To follow up with parents whose GIRO deduction is unsuccessful twice monthly
• To inform Principal of the arrears to be collected from Parents by NETS at the centres (Oversight)
• To escalate bad debts to respective Cluster Operations Director and assist in recovery actions

3. Reporting and Documentation

• To provide updates of their centres for management when required on Arrears report.
