Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies targeted at clients in the Greater China region. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the culture and client needs in the Greater China region and possess an educational background from overseas to better comprehend international financial markets and diverse client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet the company's business objectives.
Plan and organize offline marketing events and activities, including seminars, workshops, and client appreciation events.
- Manage event budgets, control costs, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective event execution.
- Research market trends, cultural nuances, and client demands within the Greater China region to guide market positioning and product pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing materials.
- Monitor market feedback and customer responses to provide insights for product improvements and business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably from an overseas institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience, with preference given to those experienced in the wealth management industry.
- Proven ability to plan and execute offline marketing events.
- Strong negotiation skills and cost control abilities when dealing with vendors.
- In-depth knowledge of the Greater China market, including culture, regulations, and client needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytical software.
- Fluent spoken and written proficiency in both Chinese and English.
