What we're looking for

• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Substantial experience (15 years) in a senior workplace relations/employee relations role, ideally within a large, complex organisation with more then 500 headcount
• Thorough understanding of industrial relations, employment law, and best practices in people management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused advice

What you will be doing?

You will be an ambassador for our venue, welcoming and seating guests and providing a fantastic first impression to our guests. Exciting role in Sports Programme in Public Sector
Contract: 12 months
Salary: Up to $3500

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the procurement, coordination of vendors and liaison with Centres and Sport Centres
• Monitoring/supervision of programme delivery, feedback and compliance checks
• Stakeholder management for all programmes/projects
• Back-end administration of programme delivery (data collection, cleaning, and uploading to online folders, preparticipation screening, app downloads, 1-2-1 support for participants when required).
• Engagement activities in and out of lab
• Observation of staff training, and all training associated administration.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Looking for:

• Min. Degree in Sports Science or Health related areas
• Trained in Sports Science, has sound exercise science knowledge
• Has preferably experience in small group coaching with interest in community health etc

Responsibilities:

• Attending to customer queries and concerns in a timely manner and professionalism

• Handling Customer Complaint

• Site Visit and meet the clients as needed

• Training and guide the client on how to use our system

• Data entry and card programming

• Process new registration and manage existing records

• Handle calls and register to system accordingly

• Prepare monthly service report and other reports

• Check daily report for enhancement

• Assist user to sign up and basic troubleshooting

• Record and keep track customer feedback and daily reporting.

• Manpower scheduling and check daily attendance

• Recruitment function including posting of recruitment advertisement, sourcing candidates via various platforms, interview, and offer managements

• Update leave application in system

• Coordinate social and recreational activities to promote the team work of the company

• Exercise initiative, discretion and courtesy, as far and as often as possible to inform, update, clarify, explain, solve/resolve issues and collect feedback from existing and potential customers.

• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration/HR/Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
• Must have experience in both customer service and deployment of manpower.
• Must have working experience at call centre and property/facility management
• Working experience in provision of IT solutions relating to security system will be an advantage.
• Able to do presentation in front of large group of audience.
• Command of MS Office programs and Engineering software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, AutoCAD)
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work 12-hour shift and 6 days a week.
