We’re looking to add a Manager / Senior Executive (Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Sustainability) in Singapore. The position will be based in our corporate office in AMK.
As a Manager / Senior Executive (Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Sustainability) , you will be:
A highly motivated individual and a strong team player who is able to plan, manage and oversee activities related to sustainability, corporate communications and investor relations, with a particular focus on sustainability.
Sustainability
- Develop and promote Venture’s ESG strategy and initiatives and drive performance on Venture’s ESG targets.
- Execute multi-year roadmap to meet SGX disclosure requirements, including adherence to IFRS Standards and disclosure of Scope 3 GHG emissions.
- Synergise ESG efforts across Venture sites to meet reduction targets on Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions.
- Semi-annual collection and analysis of ESG data, and provide updates to the Board and Management as requested.
- Manage production of the sustainability report.
- Manage engagement with ESG analysts and ESG-related requests from business units.
Corporate Communications
- Develop and execute an effective corporate communications programme for external stakeholders of the Venture group to strengthen corporate branding and visibility.
- Develop corporate collaterals and materials for internal and external dissemination.
- Plan, manage and oversee corporate events and projects such as corporate functions, community events and press conferences.
- Monitor and track media and analyst reports/commentaries covering competitors, customers and industry developments.
Investor Relations
- Support the team in developing and implementing an effective IR strategy and program to establish, cultivate and nurture relationships with the investing community, including analysts, proxy advisors and investors.
- Serve as a key point of contact for the investment community, manage and oversee investor events and projects including earnings briefings, investor meetings and other corporate activities.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
- Degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Communications and other related fields.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player.
