Job Description

• Develop Key Account Plan & Strategies – Sales, Trade Activities
• Lead Sales Team of Key Accounts, Sales Representatives, Sales Promoters to achieve business objectives/KPIs.
• Formulate JBP via understanding and analysis of accounts.
• Implement and execute plans to achieve business objectives and KPIs
• Budget management/Maximize ROI via strategic planning
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute effective sales activities and promotions, enhancing product visibility and consumer engagement
• Responsible for making the annual sales & profit target and A&P expenses
• Able to understand market/consumer demands and adapting accordingly
• Build strong rapport with client to be top of mind for any initiatives
• Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategy
• Cross function management (e.g. Finance, Operations)

Job Requirement

• Diploma Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
• Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent Negotiation & Influencing Skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in fast paced environment and multitask.
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently, goal-oriented and organised team player.
• Experienced in managing sales merchandiser/representatives will be a plus point.

• 5-days work per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)

Description:

• ⁠Collate the sales forecast from Account Managers during weekly Sales Meeting.
• ⁠Develop advertising, promotional, sales support materials and sourcing for Customers' festive gifts.
• Assist with sales enquiries and disseminate to the assigned Account Manager.
• Analyse sales to understand and improve performance.
• ⁠Prepare reports on sales statistics and presentation to Vendors.
• ⁠Co-ordinate with Vendors for sponsorship and ensure events execution is delivered and all KPIs are met.
• Optimise and develop the company website and update contents to maintain company social media presence and liaise with Digital Marketing on monthly SEO traffic and engagement reports.
• ⁠Drive lead generation and respond to potential leads.
• ⁠Manage Marketing co-op fund claims as well as administering Vendors' products rebates
• Ensure Products' Reseller Partnership renewals are managed

Requirements:

• Diploma in business or marketing
• Minimum ‘O’ Level with 2 years working experiences preferably in Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Analytical mind and numeracy skills
• Strong interpersonal skills Passionate and enthusiastic about social media
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
