Key Responsibilities

About you:

• Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations
• Deputize as and when required if the Facilities Manager is not around
• Manage the team of technical ofcers, sub-contractors, supervise & coordinate facility management activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
• Attend to any cases raised including after hours by the Client which includes the tenants where applicable
• Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s)
• Ensure smooth operations on site(s)
• Manage ad-hoc project(s)
• Facilitate incident investigation whenever necessary

About you:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering fields or equivalent

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving event sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of events. This role involves collaborating with internal departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving revenue goals.

How your day looks like?

Sales and Business Development

• Proactively identify, target, and secure event sales opportunities, including corporate events, weddings, social gatherings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular sales calls, networking events, and site visits.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to clients’ needs.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure agreements align with company revenue objectives.
• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly event sales targets.

Event Planning and Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from the inquiry stage through event completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including catering, banquet operations, and audiovisual, to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee event details, including menus, layouts, timelines, and special requests, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Conduct site inspections and showcase event spaces to prospective clients.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
