We’re looking to add a Marketing Executive (Contract 1 Year) in Singapore. The position will be based in our HQ at AMK.

As a Marketing Executive, you will:

• Pursue leads/potential customers generated from various channels, collaborating with the R&D Directors to facilitate their conversion into sales.
• Initiate and compile market research and intelligence pertaining to industry trends, technological advancements, customer information, and distribution channels.
• Conduct preliminary analysis and generate reports to bolster business development and sales endeavors.
• Aid in the creation of marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, and datasheets.
• Consolidate and manage customer database information for communication and engagement purposes.
• Support in the administration of online channels, including e-store information and analytics.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• At least possess a Diploma in Marketing and/or Engineering coupled with experience in sales or marketing.
• Demonstrated track record of at least 2 years in a professional setting.
• Proven agility and innovation in sourcing and compiling data and information from diverse online and offline channels.
• Possess an analytical mindset with the capability to handle substantial volumes of data and derive meaningful insights.
• Good business acumen and a commitment to staying abreast of technological advancements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills, with a focus on social media management.
• Meticulous and organized, eager to learn and able to work independently.
• A team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Adaptability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the main point of contact between the Singapore office and Japanese Headquarters, ensuring effective communication and alignment with corporate objectives.

· Drive sales of electronic products and solutions by identifying and targeting potential customers in the Singapore and regional markets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and partners to maximize customer retention and loyalty.

· Analyze market trends and competitors, providing strategic insights and recommendations to HQ.

· Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.

· Collaborate with the technical team to understand and effectively communicate product specifications and capabilities.

· Facilitate smooth coordination of product shipments, inventory management, and logistics with HQ and local partners.

· Translate and interpret business documents, technical materials, and communications between Japanese and English.

· Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for HQ, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

· Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.

· Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) with JLPT1 to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

· Min 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the electronics or technology sector.

· Strong understanding of the electronics industry, including market trends, customer needs, and supply chain dynamics.

· Based in Singapore with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to work across diverse cultures.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and be responsible for end-to-end processing of the full set of accounts, inclusive of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables / General Ledger transactions & reconciliations.

2. Check invoices, billings, and expense claims with their related supporting documents and ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed.

3. Prepare payment vouchers, reconcile bank balances, and record and upload related information to the financial system, ensuring accuracy.

4. Prepare the documents/reports required by the Head Office.

5. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

1. Audit background is preferred but not compulsory, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;

2. Bachelor’s degree holder or above;

3. Candidate with Singapore CA, ACCA, or other qualification body member is preferred;

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Apps, candidate with VBA skills is preferred.
