You will be a multifaceted Community Manager who revels in creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf. A day in the life of a lyf Guard starts with checking in a new guest, recommending the must-visit places in the area, replacing a light bulb at night, and ending with having a cup of coffee or sipping wine with the lyf guests in our social spaces after work. You will report to the Senior (GSAM) or Chief lyf Guard (GSM).

Responsibilities

1. Look after the well-being of all guests from arrival until departure by:

a. Assisting lyf residents with their check-in (via mobile app or kiosk)

b. Encouraging members to download the DiscoverASR app to explore and interact with the lyf community

c. Explore the various functions of the app with residents

i. Mobile key, how to message lyf Guards, make ancillary purchases (if available)

d. Handling guest queries

f. Facilitating communication and requests

2. Ensure operational efficiency by:

a. Monitoring record of room availability using the hotel's property management system (PMS)

b. Ensuring that processes carried out adhere to corporate guidelines

c. Performing book-keeping activities whenever necessary

d. Assisting the housekeeping department with regular rounds to ensure the cleanliness of the property – especially the social spaces

e. Handling walk-ins, emails, and phone inquiries

f. Executing light housekeeping/engineering duties and liaising with relevant outsourced contractors for cleaning and maintenance when required

3. Create an inclusive and collaborative community by:

a. Noticing guest preferences and managing their profiles

b. Assisting the Ambassador of Buzz (partnerships and events manager) in curating an event calendar for in-house guests and executing community initiatives

HR Functions

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function
• Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters
• Manage recruitment cycle including sourcing, arrange for interview, and salary proposal

• Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task
• Ability to converse and liaise with external vendors and suppliers

Responsibilites:

• Social Media/Digital Marketing: create & monitor content for several platforms at once
• Provide strategy on delivering content to the right audience on the right channels (Facebook/Instagram/Google/TikTok)
• Follow brand guidelines to execute a wide variety of activities that involve branding, advertising, social media, partnerships and more
• Create and design promotional material including posters, brochures, advertisements and other types of print and online media
• Plan and develop integrated marketing strategies to increase lead generation and drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion. Frequently encompassing both digital and offline media
• Brainstorm, plan strategies and execute innovative social media campaigns for multiple platforms according to brand guidelines
• Coordinate and assist in any photography or videography needed in the execution of marketing campaigns and social media content

Requirements:

• Degree / Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communication Design, Video or related discipline
• Minimum of 1- 2 years of relevant experience working in relevant field
• Creating and publishing creative content for multiple platforms should be second nature to you (Facebook, IG, Youtube, Tiktok, Google)
• Experienced with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads
• Basic design and image editing skills
• Very meticulous, organised and digitally savvy.
