Job Description & Requirements

· Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

· Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

· Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

· Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

· Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.

· Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.

· Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.

· Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.

· Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.

· Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.

· Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.

· Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.

· Liaise with landlord on updates.

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Working Hours (43 hours per work week):

Mon : off
Tuesday - Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm

• Develop and ensure effectiveness of the IT Risk Management in terms of framework, governance, risk appetite, methodologies, policeis and processes
• Support and conduct the identification and analysis of IT risks including the monitoring of potential emerging risks.
• Work closely with business and function units to identify, assess and mitigate risks.
• Partner stakeholders in risk assessments, establish risk strategies and develop appropriate risk mitigation plans and risk indicators
• Develop analytics for risks and dashboards for risk monitoring and reporting, and provide meaningful insights.
• Drive risk awareness to foster a positive risk culture that will enable proactive management of risks and grow risk competencies across the organisation.
• Provide advice to management and working groups on IT risks and associated risk issues.
• Support Community Care sector's cybersecurity programme.
• Support IT security awareness programme
• IT/Engineering related discipline or equivalent experience
• CISSP / CISM certifications or equivalent
• At least 8 years of progressive work experience in Cyber Security or Information Security
• Strong knowledge of common cyber security management framework, such as ISO and NIST.
• Familiar with IM8 a plus
• Hands on understanding of the current cyber threat landscape, attack methodologies, and risk mitigation and remediation methods
• Strong project management skills, experience in project planning, execution, tracking and progress reporting.
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Experience with systems administration a plus

Job Purpose:

The Solution Sales Manager is the main interface between Tech Data and our partner community. The Solution Sales Manager is responsible for the ‘complete’ sales cycle for the relevant business partners with the view to maximizing revenue, margin, and partner satisfaction. Having internal resources for assistance, the role is to develop deep relationships with key people inside the business partner and uncover sales opportunities, while delivering ongoing value to the partner.

Responsibilities:

•With assistance from the Channels Director build and execute a call plan that will ensure maximum return from the business partner community.

•Develop a solid understanding of the product range and present an informed overview.

•Up and cross sell each opportunity for maximum margin return and differentiation.

•Understand strengths and weaknesses in the product sets from a technical perspective.

•Liaise with other divisions of Tech Data, as required, to ensure efficient customer transactions that ultimately deliver a sound buying experience for Tech Data’s partners.

•Keep CRM up to date to ensure you and the management team have an accurate view of your business.

•Ensure all quotations are followed up and moved through the various levels of a sales cycle with ultimate goal, being of closure.

•Capture and maintain all relevant data needed to sell and renew maintenance.

•Plan, design and implement outbound campaigns as necessary to deliver on agreed margin goals

•Make outbound sales calls to business partners and prospects as per call plan.

•Identify Tech Data services opportunities in conjunction with the Tech Data Technical Services team.

•Ensure all quotations are built using the company quotation tool.

•Provide Sales Support Specialist with all relevant information necessary to build and configure the ‘winning’ solution.

•Achieve and maintain sales certification for relevant product groups when required

•Ensure all partner issues are resolved promptly and seek management guidance where necessary.

•Ensure all business partners are alerted of any upcoming renewals

•Ensure the CRM is updated and used pro-actively to drive business engagements and forecasting

•Accurately forecast business with Sales Manager on a monthly basis.

•Work with Sales Support and provide support where necessary to ensure timely logging of orders.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

•Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience selling IT solutions in the channel required.

•Tertiary IT degree or Diploma preferable
