Purpose of your Role

You will be responsible for developing business from the Media Vertical in South Asia and ANZ. This comprises of Broadcasters, Sports Rights holders, OTT companies, Gaming and E-sports players. You will also build a network of Partners who will complement our services and who will act as our local agents to grow our business in the region. You will carry a sales quota and be expected to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving sales Tata Communications’ Media and core services within the Media Industry in the region.

• Mapping top CXOs within a defined set of accounts / segment

• Identifying business opportunities

• Collaborating within the organization to deliver solution to customers meeting opportunity.

• Driving strategic customer interactions translating to large opportunities.

• Achieving set targets for the region.

• Ensuring a great customer experience to gain excellent NPS results.

• Delivering Order Book & Revenue Targets for the year quarter on quarter in your assigned accounts.

• Implementing a Solution-Selling approach by sharing a consultative point of view with customers.

• Working on large and complex deals and making connects with CXOs in customer organisation.

• Leading client negotiations, managing deal progression and deal closure by ensuring cross functional collaboration across BD, Bid Management, Solutions, Legal, Commercial, etc)

• Monitoring leads and opportunity progress on CRM system Salesforce.com.

• Tracking and reporting market and competitor activities and providing relevant updates / reports to our product teams.

Qualification and exp

• 8 to 15 years of selling communications / technology services to the Media industry.

• In-depth understanding of the Media industry dynamics and the changing landscape

• Existing contacts with CXOs among Broadcasters, Sports federations, OTT companies, Gaming, e-sports, Cable & DTH operators.

Purpose of your Role

· Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, consulting, and leading to closure.

· Developing the company’s long-range sales strategy and forecasting sales volumes for the entire organization, building customer and partner relationships, territory planning and segmentation.

· Identify sales opportunities and conduct feasibility checks to ensure maximum conversion of these opportunities to generate revenue as per sales strategy/ targets.

· Responsible for annual revenue quota booking with significant growth in subsequent years with an emphasis on the development of client relationships and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· To prospect, qualify, develop new business opportunities with new & existing potential clients for solutions, products and services to develop strategy to initiate contact, identify and understand their pain point for a solution proposition.

· Identify requirements and sales opportunities with customers. Conduct negotiations with customers based on pricing and technical solutions.

· Strategic relationship management at all levels for greater customer reach

· Strong involvement in complex deals and decision-making processes.

· Demonstrated ability to work cross- functionally across various organisations to drive outcome.

· To research, monitor and understand the market and competitive trends to create strategic plans that will deliver desired results.

· May lead/manage small teams for small projects. Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and d competitive supervision.

· Demonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards, within the relevant field of specialisation.

· Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change, or adapt existing methods and techniques.

Qualification and experiences

· MBA or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering or computer science.

· Experience in emerging market with an entrepreneurial mindset.

· 5-10 years sales experience in Telco & ICT services.

· Strong communicator and confident individual with positive working attitude.

Running promotional campaigns, special events, and discounts.
Maintaining the restaurant's online presence and engaging with customers through social media and review platforms.

· Operational Oversight:Ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Managing reservations and table assignments.
Monitoring and optimizing the flow of guests to maximize table turnover.
Handling technology systems like point-of-sale (POS) systems and reservation software.

· Compliance and Regulations:Adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards, alcohol laws, and labor laws.
Obtaining and renewing licenses and permits as required.

· Financial Reporting:Preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to assess the restaurant's financial performance.
Analyzing financial data and making recommendations for improvements.

· Vendor Relations:Establishing and maintaining relationships with food and beverage suppliers.
Negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors to secure favorable terms.

· Team Leadership:Providing leadership and direction to the restaurant team.
Setting performance goals and expectations.
Motivating and inspiring staff to excel in their roles.

· Security and Safety:Ensuring the safety and security of both customers and employees.
Implementing security measures to prevent theft and ensure a safe dining environment.

· Long-Term Planning:Developing and executing long-term strategies to improve the restaurant's profitability and sustainability.
Identifying opportunities for growth, expansion, or renovation.

· Able to work weekend and public holiday.
