Overview

Job Description

The Global Centre for Asian Women’s Health (GloW) aims to build a global research platform for transdisciplinary endeavours to address major health concerns over a woman's lifespan and across generations. Through its main hub in Singapore, the Centre will engage in multi-disciplinary research to promote women’s health, including a series of diet and lifestyle intervention studies.

Purpose of the role

The project coordinator/manager will play a key role in dietary intervention studies by actively managing and coordinating diet and lifestyle intervention studies in GloW. Responsibilities include development, implementation and monitoring of meal plans, educating participants as needed, collecting dietary data, and performing administrative duties to ensure the studies’ success and compliance. The staff will work closely with Principal Investigators of intervention studies, collaborate closely with the research team, food service team, and other relevant stakeholders, as well as undertake other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Centre’s Director as needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The staff will hold a few key responsibilities, including

(1) Intervention study coordinator:

• Recruit and interview study participants for the intervention study
• Implement methods for collecting dietary data, including detailed food intake records and compliance monitoring.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate participants' nutritional status and document any deviations from prescribed diets.

(2) Nutritional Intervention study monitoring:

• Monitor food/nutrient composition for meals developed for intervention study
• Collaborate with the research team to integrate nutritional components into the study design and ensure alignment with research objectives.

Job Description: Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who will be reporting into our Director of Product Management. You will be defining, planning, and executing the product strategy. As a Product Manager, you will have an eye to deliver successful fintech products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. With a strong background in customer-centric product development, you will define success metrics and constantly measure the impact of our work

You will:

• Drive the creation and alignment of product roadmap based on a keen understanding of relevant data, competitor, customer and market insights
• Define and track metrics related to product success and the success of new features
• Prepare clear requirements for compelling product launches, factoring in legal/compliance/financial requirements and translating these into clear PRDs
• Manage complex integrations including working with external parties/vendors to ensure clear scoping and timely delivery
• Communicating requirements with engineering and other stakeholders as needed (in both written and verbal form)
• Coordinate effective launches of new features including go-to-market planning, customer comms/FAQs, financial reconciliation needs, and appropriate release planning (including considerations for de-risking or alpha/beta tests as needed)
• Exercise good judgment with defining the scope of each project, balancing different stakeholder needs and trade-offs
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

You have:

• 3-5 years of outstanding and relevant product management. You should have demonstrated a strong track record of delivering business outcomes and moving key metrics.
• Strong capability to collaborate and drive alignment across different teams/stakeholders.
• You are able to clearly articulate options and trade-offs, and demonstrate strong product judgement in your recommendations.
• Good grasp of experience in workflows/processes to help us scale while ensuring a delightful customer experience while creating optimal market and business impact
• Experience working on consumer mobile applications would be preferred
• If you’ve launched products in new markets, that would be a bonus as well

Role Summary:

To play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. Delivering engagements on time, within the budget, and within expected profit margins while keeping external and internal stakeholders in the know and ensure a high degree of satisfaction to the customer with CSAT ratings of 4.8+

Responsibilities:

• Creating clear and concise project plans to both execute the project and monitor its progress and adjust along the way as needed before the project reaches its final stages and cut through bureaucracy steering teams to the final goal.

• Efficiently managing against contract, controlling the project through minimising uncertainty, setting realistic deadlines, proactively managing scope creep, budgets, resources, and time.

• Maintaining effective communication, ensuring the customer is fully informed and up to date on key performance indicators including but not limited to schedule, risks, issues, decisions, budgets, change requests etc

• Strong technical skills and technical acumen and a solid understanding of software development and ServiceNow.

• Proactively managing information, documenting critical discussions/meetings through formal channels, analysing data and documentation for inaccuracies, keeping knowledge and decisions flowing seamlessly.

• Intuitively, identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and communicating potential risks before the project begins and throughout the engagement.

• Meticulously monitoring actuals against forecasted across progress, milestones, budgets, performance and implementing immediate corrective measures where needed.

• Facilitating key stakeholder meetings including regular steering committees with internal and customer teams, presenting comprehensive reports documenting status and key performance indicators, drafting change requests and project documentation.

Managing and developing strong relationships and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

• Leading client engagements, driving specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders ensuring technology design and solutions are aligned with business requirements

• Working independently on engagements with the ability to wear many hats providing holistic services across engagement management, advisory, consulting and implementation

• Collaborating effectively with Enablers local and remote to drive successful outcomes on time and within budget providing support and mentorship

• Champion of the Enable Way methodology, contributing regularly to continual improvement and reviewing processes and documentation for successful customer engagements

• Identifying opportunities and influence clients to adopt Enable services including CASE, Rapid Seeds and ServiceNow platform modules, functionality, and upgrades.

Skills Matrix:

• Experience in end-to-end Engagement management and successful delivery of small to medium sized projects including coordinating resources, providing functional expertise and delivering quality outcomes

• Managing projects against contracts including invoicing, schedules, project change requests, and stakeholder conflict

• Drafting and adjusting project schedules to meet scope and aggressive timeline

• Leading customer workshops with acute attention to detail, engaging in feedback, listening well, capturing and document detailed risks, issues, decisions and actions.

Salary: SGD 8,000 - 10,500 monthly + RSU

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. This means being partners’ point of operational contact (escalations, operational friction patterns), managing stakeholders and conducting business review meetings, providing solutions to partners looking to improve the operational state and supporting them through the execution. Unblocking operational obstacles to growth. 
• Own operational success plans with partners to maximize the value partners get from Wise. This means analyzing the operational performance and being the driver of strategic operational improvements projects with partners and keeping our partners as well as internal teams accountable to follow the timelines on the plan. 
• Scale internal operations. This means looking into the data (on partner-level, regional and global), working closely with servicing teams to understand what are the key friction points caused by platform partnerships and how we can eliminate/ reduce these gaps by negotiating changes with partners, product, engineers and other stakeholders on a regional or global level. Take the lead on driving the cross-team projects implementing these changes. 
• Agree with partners on implementing the endpoints & webhooks. This means exploring what endpoints & webhooks exist and can be helpful and what should be created to help automate internal & partner’s support operational teams by sending the data via API to our partner. Negotiate such changes with a partner, as they need to do tech work on their end as well. 
• Analyze the quality of support we provide to our partners and their customers. This means understanding how well our responses solve the cases raised, what we can do to improve the resolution rate and reduce the amount of contacts by working with the internal teams for your partner and for the whole region in particular. Collecting feedback from assigned partnerships to identify key improvement areas.

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Talent Management & Capability Development, the hire will be one of the team leads within Synapxe Academy, supervising a total of 3 assistant managers and/or executives in managing the learning operations, digitalization and productivity efforts as well as delivery experience. He/ she is required to work with the rest of the Academy team to drive, support and facilitate transformative learning initiatives, with the view to build a high performing, agile and future-ready health tech workforce in Synapxe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Streamline and set up a strong learning delivery structure for the Academy operations which will enable a good employee experience and is productive.
• Review the Learning and Development Policy to ensure that the policy is updated in line with the learning philosophies and operating model.
• Establish a set of standard operating procedures that will serve as knowledge management and guide for all key learning operations.
• Monitor and track learning budget utilisation, timely completion of mandatory programmes by staff as well as report learning metrics to the various business units and at the organisational level
• Spearhead our learning digitalisation efforts, including procurement of advanced e-learning tools (e.g. virtual reality training), in-house creation of e-learning programmes using the tools and design a structure which will enable the wider organisation to tap on the tools for their learning needs.
• Manage the SuccessFactors Learning Management System, specifically in ensuring seamless setting up of programmes/curriculum, updating of learning roadmaps, rolling out of mandatory programmes, integration with other e-learning platforms such as Udemy as well as accurate recording of learning history.
• Review and establish a common set of contractual terms with external learning vendors and contracting process, which will guide the procurement of learning support and vendor management across the entire Academy team.
• Manage and review enterprise-level learning subscriptions, such as Udemy, Gartner, Singapore Computer Society, to ensure good return-of-investment and cost effectiveness.
• Manage the learning facilities within Synapxe and ensure that they are set up properly to support the delivery of learning programmes.
• Drive all learning marketing and communication efforts; and ensure that all learning touchpoints such as the Intranet and mailbox, are updated and maintained.
• Work very closely with the Competency Development and Governance team to support the learning needs of the organisation. This includes collaborating very closely with them to plan and organise the developmental interventions to support business needs, to ensure that the Synapxe workforce has the right capabilities to support the business.
• As a learning partner to the selected Business Units (BUs), work with BUs to (1) carry out learning needs analysis to identify training needs, (2) identify suitable vendors for training, and (3) support in programme implementation. Be the first port of call when BUs have training-related queries.
• Collaborate with BUs to develop learning roadmaps based on competency frameworks to ensure that the learning needs for employees are clearly reflected for different job grades.
• Facilitate and oversee in-house training programmes for staff such as Group Orientation in an engaging and professional manner.
• Conduct timely reviews of the programmes run by Synapxe Academy to ensure that programmes are effective, and to source for alternative programmes, where relevant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree with more than 15 years of working experience and prior experience in Learning and Development domain.
• Has at least 5 years of supervisory experience managing a small team of at least 3 staff independently.
• Proven track record in managing learning operations and systems, facilitation, programme development, and learning solutions deployment.
• Attainment of the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance or other established learning and development certifications would be an advantage.
• Ability to handle intense workload, set up systems and structures in a complex working environment, and project manage a few workstreams at once.
• Good stakeholder management skills and have an enterprising mind to look ahead at the evolving needs of the operations and proactively manage.
• Have a positive, growth and agile mindset, energetic, collaborative, meticulous, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with good follow-through.
