Requirements:

•Minimum 4 years’ experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or relationship management, with a focus on business development and credit analysis.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully originating and managing SME loan portfolios, achieving lending targets, and mitigating credit risks.

• Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to evaluate business financial statements, assess credit risk factors, and perform cash flow modelling.

• Familiarity with credit underwriting standards, loan structuring techniques, and risk mitigation strategies in the SME lending context.
