Job Title: Temporary Officer, Centre Support

Location: HQ @ Mountbatten Square
Contract Duration: 4 months
Salary: $2,000 – $3,000/month (depending on experience)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM OR 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (based on operational needs; must be open to both shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from parents, addressing queries on fees and center-related matters.
• Liaise with relevant departments or centers to provide accurate and timely responses to parents.
• Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving them within designated timeframes.
• Maintain accurate and updated data records.
• Meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality service.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the management.

The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site at the three primary locations, and
may need to make ad hoc trips to other camps as part of work requirements. The scope of work for the
team, but not limited to, is as follows:

• To manage and account common assets and inventory at the three primary locations.
• Activities include the managing of database and process asset/inventory receipts, transfers and disposal via Authorities IT systems.
• To administer the receiving, storage and distribution of assets at storehouse.
• To conduct cyclical stocktake for common assets and assets held within Authority premises.
• To support timely response to employees’ enquiries on logistics matters.
• To assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
• To meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in Business Management or A-Level/ITE Certificate with relevant logistics experience
• Strong service excellence mind-set
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel)

Location: Central & West (Has to be comfortable working at 3 different locations)
Salary: $2600 -$2800

8-10 Weeks of lead time before starting work ---> Pre-Employment Administration
Duration: 5 years contract (renewable)
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)
