The Mobile Support Team aims to bring mental health services to the community. Our beneficiaries include persons with mental health conditions and their caregivers, whom we reach out through home visits and out-of-centre intervention sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for updating of clientele data and programme information and provide support for the centre’s operational/outreach activities.

Data and Information Management

· Update clientele data and programme information

· Compile data and collate information for management reporting

· Ensure proper filing of office records and maintenance of all administrative files where necessary

Outreach Support

· Assist in the coordination of in-house and outreach activities and events

· Support outreach activities at our event booths

· Distribute outreach materials and maintain its inventory

· Consolidate feedback and evaluations

· Compile photos, feature articles and relevant documentation for each activity

Administration and Reception

· Perform reception and front office duties

· Provide administrative support to designated COMIT and CREST programmes

· Assist to chaperon vendors/contractors during repair works or maintenance when required

· Monitor and assist in the booking of meeting/counselling rooms when needed.

Requirements

· At least GCE O Level/A Level certificate or Diploma in any discipline

· Preferably some experience in both office administration and front office responsibilities with good telephone etiquette skills

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

· Independent and service-oriented team player

· Possess effective organisational and follow-up skills with a sharp eye for details

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health and Environment Management Systems at work sites.
• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipments and operations
• Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Coordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
• Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times

Requirements:

• Possess relevant safety certificates (Eg Advanced Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction
• Familiar with ISO45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

• Process customer requests in Card Services (e.g., Fund Transfer, SmartPay, Instalment Loans, Cardholder Payment).
• Ensure accuracy and completion of requests within the Service Level Agreement.
• Resolve feedback, complaints, and queries from customers and business units promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, risk controls, efficiency, and service quality.
• Support management-driven digitization efforts and handle ad-hoc tasks.
• Assist with administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
