• Possess a diploma in Building, Facilities, Engineering or relevant disciplines from a recognized establishment with a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in BMS.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experiences in facility management works
• Trained in Building Management System
• Fluent with Microsoft Office
