Role Overview:

As a Project Engineer/Executive , this role will be stationed at the customer's office, working under the supervision and guidance of the customer team. The Project Engineer/Executive will support the Project Manager (PM) of the team and collaborate with other members who are seconded to the customer for a specific project.

• Procurement and Project Management/Operational Support: Assist in procurement processes and provide operational support to the customer.

Participate in activities such as:

• Architectural Security Review (ASR) and Remediation of Penetration Test (PT) findings.

Job Requirement

• Liaise with Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
• Ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable time frame.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Building Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred

· Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve targets

· Enjoy working with a dynamic team and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

· Meticulous and ability to multi-task with good organisation skills

· Possess strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

· Good problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team

· Good track record in project sales and large tender preparation
