Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and daily operations of the DC facilities with the objective of achieving uninterrupted availability at all times and to ensure the fulfillment of our service commitment to customers.
• Support service delivery to ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
• Perform routine facilities activities including inventory control. Critical systems checks and functional testing. Able to respond and take action in response to facilities crisis management activities including: power outages, fire alarms, HVAC outages. Analyze data and identify trends with facility issues to determine root cause and take appropriate action.
• Respond to BMS/EMS alerts, investigate and feedback on any outstanding issues or events and respond to emergency situations and be on standby duty as required.
• Provide technical support to all aspects of data center operations including the operation, maintenance and repair of all mission critical equipment and systems supporting a 24x7 data center operation to achieve 100% uptime and 100% compliance with all customer SLAs.
• Assist in all site construction activities and installations, in coordination with external contractors to ensure system design, installation and testing adhere to operational standards. Witness testing of all equipment during commissioning and validate sequence of operations and receipt of all operational documentation.
• Support for customer installations, in coordination with the design & construction as well as operations requirements to coordinate customer move-in and turn-on, and other service request & deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with local workplace safety & health (WHS) standards and local electrical and building codes.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP), method of procedures (MOP), and emergency response procedures (ERP) established for the critical environments, as well as the formal change control process.
• Participate in the scheduling, coordination and completion all significant planned and emergency maintenance events for the facility and ensure these activities are executed in a controlled and proven method to ensure the reliability of the critical loads supported by these systems.
• Support various accreditation, certification and compliance initiatives such as BCA-IDA Green Mark DC/QMS/ISMS/BCMS/PCIDSS/OSPAR, etc as may be required.

• Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in Data Center Facilities Management & Operations environment and service delivery.
• ITE/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
• 24x7 rotating shift duty
• Able to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex project documents, including AutoCAD, Visio and PDF documents
• General technical and functional knowledge of data center infrastructure to include electrical and mechanical systems, fire detection and protection systems, building management systems, equipment maintenance, space planning, construction of critical facilities environment
• Working location : 1-Net (East) at Chai Chee / 1-Net (North) Woodlands

• Provide supervision services for all M&E works to ensure that contractors complies with contract/authorities'/agencies' requirements
• Oversee the M&E team and personnel
• Review all drawings and specifications and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to OIC and the QP(D)s and QP(S)
• Review and comment on all construction method statements, risk assessmentsfor works, workplans, design for safety (DfS) workshop and SOP proposals
• Evaluate technically any claims submitted by main contractor and submit recommendation to the Superintending Officer
• Provide all relevant endorsements required by authorities/agencies/client
• Assist QPD for application of TOP and CSC
• Prepare site supervision plan and supervise all works directed by OIC
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and prepare necessary site progress and status report for update to client
• Adhere to regulations and requirements of all stakeholders for any supervision work while ensuring proper supervision
• Report any accident/incident/near miss on site

Requirements

• Accredited with Resident Engineer certification under Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore
• Minimum 10 years of experience , of which at least 8 years in major construction works in buildings, services laying and testing and commissioning
• A Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degree recognised by the PEB of Singapore
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report
• Licensed electrical worker and licensed plumber are preferred

Brief Description & Role

This position is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing RF components and systems. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of RF equipment, ensuring that all devices meet the required specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

1. Work with business development, Engineering, system test and external customers to gather information and develop RF Test plans, specifications for product under test.
2. Perform RF testing using test equipment such as spectrum analyzer, noise figure meter, power meter, network analyzers, and signal generators.
3. Assembling/debugging the RF test system and device under test.
4. Hands on troubleshooting and repair of RF product till component level using RF and digital measurement tools & equipment.
5. Analyze test data and provide reports on yield.
6. Document test procedures, results, and any issues encountered during testing and debugging.
7. Assist in the development of new RF testing methodologies and best practices.
8. Do simple antenna parametric radiation measurement

Requirements

· Diploma /Bachelor in Electronics or Communication Engineering, or equivalence

· Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in a product-based electronics manufacturing environment / product development.

Skills, Experiences & Knowledge

· Experience in automating test and measurements using bench test equipment.

· Knowledge of programming software in C, C#, Python or LabView.

· Experience with PCB design software

· Experience in antenna parameter measurement

· Preferably with soldering experience

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
