JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical support to contractors/customers, assisting them with any technical queries related to both product and application solutions.
• Conduct site measurements and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Conduct Technical trainings.
• Support product quality control through rigorous testing and analysis.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
• Degree or Diploma (with min 2 years of working experience) in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics) or a similar field.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of integration and protocols at both high and low levels, including analog/digital interfaces, and protocols such as Modbus, BACnet.

• Good command of English, speaking and writing and computer literacy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with contractors/customers, providing them with the best possible technical support.
• Strong analytical thinking to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license, which will be an advantage.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as a valuable team player.
