Examples of such software include Windows 10 OS or any standard desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, etc. Install Apple iPad software.
• Assist with queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution, and MAC (move, add, and change) activities.
• Perform printer maintenance.
