• Identify, isolate, resolve, escalate and close incident/problem ticket according to ITSM Incident/Problem Management Process.

• Ensure backup and recovery of system components is carried out, so that critical services can continue in the event of a disaster.

• Perform daily system health check

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibility is the Engineer function for Singapore TCM.

1. Responsible for troubleshooting equipment failures
2. Plan, schedule and perform predictive and corrective maintenance
3. Ensure accurate and updated maintenance records
4. Provide maintenance report and conduct meeting
5. Develop and implement maintenance procedures
6. Track uptime, downtime, MTBF and MTTR of CDS
7. Perform FMEAs and implement solutions
8. Manage spare parts inventory and ordering
9. Lead Service Team/Technicians in the timely completion of all required tasks
10. Prepare training materials and provide trainings for site operations & service personnel on equipment operation and maintenance

13. Lead startup, commissioning, installation of CDS, SDS and process systems
14. Involved in improvement plan
15. 24 hours standby for emergency activation or shutdown

18. Response to all complaints and requests from Customer’s Facility personnel or POU personnel and work closely to solve problems; escalate to high level if necessary.
19. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties when necessary & upon request by client or TCM managers.

• Guide and provide necessary training for new Service Technician / Shift Technician on all related system operational matter and guide on troubleshooting.
• To back up and support for site TCM Supervisor/Lead Engineer duties whenever is required.

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

You will be a member of the software squad which maintains LORADS3, the current ATM system used operationally by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. As such, you will be supporting the program by analysing/fixing PCRs. Additionally, you will be tasked to robustify given test frameworks.

Immediate opportunities to upskill and learn the domain & life cycle of an ATM in operation will be provided via a learning mission in our AMS Headquarters in Singapore for a duration of 6-8 weeks. Here you will be guided in a structured regimen of theoretical and practical learning, with the goal of returning to Singapore as an immediate contributor.
