Requirements:

· Degree in any Engineering discipline with minimum 3 years of experience in software development in the automation / semiconductor industry

· Strong programming skills in C / C++

· Must have good hands-on experience in programming multi-threaded windows application using Visual C++

· Good knowledge of electronic components, motion control and interfacing with inspection systems

· Strong Mathematical and Algorithmic development skills

· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

· Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

· Able to travel overseas for field support when required

• Project execution including cost management, coordination with contractors and project related duties.
• Ensure project-engineering work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• To plan the works schedule and work out material requirement for purchasing department to place order.
• Provides regular update of engineering status, drawings, BOMs.
• To direct the daily activities of workers under his supervision. Brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular check to ensure satisfactory quality.
• Regular checking of material, equipment and tools to ensure no stoppages.
• Assess the skills of each worker and grade them accordingly.
• Regular check on workers’ punctuality and be aware of the accommodation & transport arrangement.
• Always advise workers to take necessary safety precautions and work safely.
• To report immediately any accidents, schedule falling behind, damage of equipment, etc.

Job Scope :

• Test and calibrate various parameters of the lithium-ion battery.
• Design the system structure, control procedure and communication protocol of BMS.
• Design BMS hardware, including schematic design, PCB layout design, standard BOM, selection and application of electronic components.
• Coding for BMS software, including joint debugging, upgrading and maintenance.
• Co-work with other engineers to complete the functional verification and optimization of BMS.
• Finish relevant documents in the process of BMS development, including the design document, test method, battery analysis report and SOP, etc.
• System maintenance and upgrade of front-end handheld device and back-end servers.
• Co-work with mechanical engineers to complete some basic mechanical design work and reliability calculations.
• Troubleshoot for customers in after-sales services such as maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor/Master degree.
