• Conduct shift briefing on maintenance, control processes, and procedures stipulated in the Engineering Plan Manual.
• Review critical daily and weekly events of the Guestrooms and F&B Banquets to ensure that engineering support actions are taken or are being taken as planned.
• Inspect the works carried out by contractors and ensure that they work in accordance with the procedure stipulated in the service contract agreement.
• Conducting routine checking on all Mechanical & Electrical Services in accordance with the Engineering Maintenance Programmes.
• Monitor and ensure that all maintenance programmer activities are carried out as planned.
• Prepare the Engineering Checklists and work request forms for shift staff to conduct routine servicing & maintenance on all Mechanical & Electrical Services in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes, plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.

• To work closely with the operation team for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance programmed to maintain all equipment running efficiently, safely and smoothly.
• To train all technician and staffs on equipment maintenance and monitor the 5S and TPM activities carried out in the section.
• To assist the Section Manager to propose and implement action plans to rectify faults occurring in the system/processes.
• To be involved in new project management time to time and be responsible for document preparation and other paper works, as well as co-ordination with contractors & Vendors.
• To manage all Mechanical & electrical Instruments spare parts and tools.

Job Description:

1. Act as test lead and generate test documentation such as test strategy, test report, test planning. Working with team member whenever required
2. Understand and translate requirements, design/functional specifications to define test requirements, and design test cases.
3. Participate in reviews for feature requirements. Perform analysis and improvement on the existing test cases.
4. Perform analysis and improvement on the existing test cases
5. Debug failures, report and track anomalies Develop test ware, test script and execute firmware functional tests based on established guidelines. Debug failures, report and track anomalies.
6. Report progress to the team lead and manager, escalate issues on time whenever necessary.
7. Perform regression testing whenever necessary.
8. Contribute to test KPI activities by leading the continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

1. Hands on experience in Manual testing. Like different types of tests (Hardware test, Firmware test, Software test)
2. Knowledge and expertise in Test Engineering processes (Agile, continuous integration, waterfall) and methods for test case design and test coverage optimization.
3. Knowledge and expertise in test automation tools.
4. Hands on experience in test automation frameworks
5. Programming experience in scripting languages is required (preferably Python).
6. Experience in Ladder Programming is required
7. Experience/knowledge of industrial automation and PLC application.
8. Familiarity with Rockwell products i.e. Allen Bradley, Rockwell Automation, in particular with IO’s, DIO’s controller’s families, panel view/HMI and RSLogix5000/500 Application Software will be a great advantage.
9. Good electrical and Test bed design skill/experience good to have.
10. Experience with test lab development and support.

Qualification:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Testing.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

• Ensure that good safety and high quality of work are being carried out by the Contractor in compliance with the statutory requirements
• To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance with the Project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• To assist SRE in the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s)
• To assist SRE in administrative control of the site staff, instill and maintain discipline, punctuality, and keep daily records of staff attendance, and other matters concerning the site staff's administrative matters.
• To oversee all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records.
• To provide full support and assistance, as and when directed by the SRE or client
• To check and assess temporary works by the Contractor to ensure that the works are safe and in compliance with all relevant Regulations.
• To ensure that Contractor’s working procedure complies with the agreed method statement and relevant workplace safety and health regulations and to direct modification to the procedure, if necessary, to comply with the agreed method and safety and health regulations.
• Any other Adhoc tasks are given by management

Requirements:

• Min 8 years of civil engineering experience
• 3 years of experience in major construction works likes deep excavation, drainage, pipe jacking, ground improvement, supervision & installation of monitoring instruments and collating of monitoring data.
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB
• Accredited as a RE with IES
• Able to perform shift work.
