• Chartered mechanical engineer with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in the delivery of major government projects such as LTA/MRT/TUNNEL.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing M&E engineering teams and delivering complex, large-scale projects to the highest standards
• Extensive knowledge of M&E design, system integration, and construction best practices, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Proficient in the use of industry-standard software and tools for M&E engineering and project management
• A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving innovation in the engineering field
