Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR/AND Certification in CCNA
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
• Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources usage closely.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
• Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.
• Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches’ users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.

• Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in projects.

Our client is an established and blue-chip PE/investment firm. It is based in town. It invests in private equity funds, with a focus on the development and innovation of new investment platforms and products to make private equity (“PE”) accessible to a broader group of investors. For this role, you work in a fintech platform entity that is owned 100% by this renowned investment firm.

Reporting to the CEO of the fintech platform firm and the Head of Finance and Ops at the HQ level, you will perform a hands-on finance and ops role with the following key functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseas the finance, fund and cash operations for the management company and investment holding entities
• Finance duties include but not limited to:
  • Maintain accurate financial records for the organization
  • Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and ensure that they comply with accounting principles
  • Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and ensure timely processing, recording, and payment of invoices
  • Prepare management reports and analysis for management decision making
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare, submit and complying with MAS regulations for the licensed entity
