About The Role
You will be pivotal to drive the company’s network growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities
with new and existing clients/buyers. Working closely with the CEO, Ecosystem Director, and the
Product team, you will build client relationships and monetization strategies from the ground up
by finding unmet customer needs, developing our value proposition, and eventually building a
scalable approach. You always think in the customer’s shoes and are fully aware of the industry
landscape.
What will you be doing?
● Working together with the CEO and Ecosystem Director to develop and execute
go-to-market strategies.
● Find and get connected with various L1 & L2 foundations, DeFi protocols, and other
partner companies.
● Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the web3 ecosystem,
particularly within the RWA space.
● Drive a highly consultative, solutions-oriented approach to closing deals
● Generate leads from a given database & Identify new potential clients to approach.
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
● Deep understanding of various L1s & L2s, as well as prior experience interacting with
DeFi protocols and generating yield.
● At least 3 years within a Business Development role in a web3 company
● A strong existing network within the Web3 ecosystem, and the ability to build
relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders
● Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, to organize collaboration and ensure
timely execution
● Experience at a fast-growing startup, bank/ financial institution or VC firm
● Passion for working with startups and SMEs
