• Taking responsibility for projects from initial design, through to construction and final review.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 10 to 12 years’ relevant experience in Buildings Mechanical Design and commissioning of M&E systems in modern commercial and industrial buildings. Data Centre Experience will be preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead project team members on technical delivery. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Position

Build & change management

About the Team

BytePlus Recommend is one of the key products for enterprise clients from the AML(Applied Machine Learning) team. The AML team has extensive expertise in recommendation systems, with significant practical achievements across both internal business applications and external enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

- Define the product positioning and GTM strategy for BytePlus Recommend Product.

- Conduct market research/user research, develop the product roadmap, define core product metrics, and collaborate with the development team to implement product features.

- Research, design, review, and evaluate product functions, collect user feedback, and drive continuous data-driven iterations.

- Align goals with collaborating product teams and promote cooperation.

- Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of working experience in product management.

- Familiar with recommendation systems, familiar with public cloud industry trends, familiar with big data or machine learning SaaS/PaaS cloud products.

- Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and think comprehensively and systematically;

- Good communication, strong product and project management abilities, and cross-cultural global team collaboration skills;

- Entrepreneurial spirit and a certain level of resilience under pressure.

Reporting to the Ops Lead, responsible for overseeing all aspects of identity and security management, ensuring robust protection of systems and data while maintaining compliance with security standards and regulations.

Job Scope:

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

Expertise in IAM systems and tools, including AWS IAM, SSO (e.g., AWS IAM Identity Center), and federated identity management. Experience in managing user roles, permissions, and access controls across various environments.

Security Management:

In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, CIS). Proficiency in security tools and platforms like AWS Security Hub, AWS GuardDuty, and AWS Macie.

Endpoint Protection:

Experience with endpoint protection solutions and managing endpoint security across diverse environments.

Skillset Requirements:

• AWS administration proficiency (IAM, AWS Identity Center)

Having recently rebranded, we are on an exciting journey to transform our culture and employee experience from one that is already good to one that is great! We are therefore recruiting for a new L&OD Lead to support this journey. The role is based in Singapore but will also support colleagues in our Perth office. Occasional travel to Australia and the UK will therefore be required.

We believe that the most effective learning happens on the job so we are looking for a learning & development professional who is willing to roll up their sleeves and deliver learning interventions wherever needed – that may be during a shoreline response exercise on East Coast beach, in one of our warehouses or offices, or aboard one of our vessels during an offshore exercise.

Purpose of role:

To support the Global Head of L&OD in the effective delivery of the overall L&OD strategy with leadership of the APAC region. The post holder will identify development needs, design, create and deliver learning solutions across the organisation at every level. They will also be responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and be able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all L&OD interventions within the APAC region.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the creation, design, delivery and evaluation of L&OD initiatives that meet the requirements of colleagues in the APAC region.
2. Work with regional stakeholders to effectively align the design, development, prioritisation and deployment of learning solutions with business needs
3. Ensure OSRL develops and retains valued contributors; meeting both their career aspirations and the business’s strategic objectives.
4. Advise regional stakeholders on managing their respective training budget allocation, maximising opportunities for cost effective learning solutions and leveraging grants and subsidies where possible
5. Work with external providers to commission services that meet the learning and delivery requirements in a cost effective and timely manner.
6. Work with the Human Resource Business Partners to collate and analyse L&OD needs identified through the Performance Management system in support of individual development and business objectives.
7. Project manage regional L&OD projects, learning initiatives and interventions to meet business requirements from inception to evaluation, to ensure achievable milestones are set, deadlines are met, stakeholders are engaged and reporting on effectiveness of project deliverables.
8. Communicate effectively internally to market the services and programmes available via L&OD and provide advice and guidance to HR practitioners, senior management and line managers to assist with the identification and best fit L&OD interventions.
9. Role model a learning mindset by identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of L&OD
10. Support business activity in talent planning, by developing “employee career paths” and “future talent pools” at all levels within the organisation to ensure that succession and development pipelines are sufficient to fulfil the immediate and future needs of the organisation.

It is further expected that you are proficient in performing the above in a variety of related duties, including but not limited to:

Requirements:

• A degree level qualification in a L&OD related field
• At least 4 years’ experience in L&OD
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and influence within a matrix organisation

The candidate is part of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) project and operation team. He/she will be reporting to the DLP Team Lead and be assigned with project and operational work and responsibilities which includes but not limited to, processing requests, investigate operational issues and facilitate security investigation by providing the necessary information in accordance with approved policy and procedures as well as process improvement.

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5-6 years of experience in IT Incident Management, DLP Operations or SOC
