This role involve growing leadership into ion implantation processes for p-body, channel, guard ring, source contact, and other components. We are currently seeking such individual with ~5 years of experience in ion implantation. The chosen candidate will be responsible for independently supervising ion implantation processes, conducting ion implant simulations, possessing knowledge of crystallography and ion interaction with atoms, having strong understanding of implanters and related thermal processing physics, beam optics, dosimetry systems, and vacuum technology. Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager(s) in ensuring project delivery on time on schedule and with quality;
• Provide and deliver end-to-end application development and production support technology services, locally and regionally;
• Engage in project conceptualization, defining project scope and providing business solutions;
• Prepare and manage work plans, schedules, project estimates/budget, resource plans and status reports on a regular basis;
• Manage the scope change process with identification of risks and issues, and facilitate resolution, mitigation and prioritization;
• Provide support to System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prior to production deployment;
• Collaborate with external vendors, internal partners and business stakeholders in delivery the final outcome;
• Liaise with stakeholders, providing regular project status update;
• Ensure adherence to schedule and standards by team members and vendors throughout the cycle of the project;
• Collaborate with global and cross functional technology partners to develop and implement programs, projects or processes to address current and future business needs;

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Piping Engineers and Designers as the Lead Engineer of the project
• Ensure efficient Project Execution within the stipulated schedule and budget
• Familiarity with Offshore Piping Materials, Stress Engineering, Platforms and FPSO layout design, Material handling, Piping/ Pipe support design, safety requirements
• Conduct 3D Model Reviews as per the Project requirements
• Effectively manage design changes and providing appropriate solutions as needed during Project execution
• Responsible for the production of deliverables such as design calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, CTR input, study reports and various third-party submissions
• Provide skills, integrity and knowledge in key areas of discipline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice
• Understand clients ’needs, identify and address design parameters and problems, and develop and implement solutions
• Perform Inter-discipline & discipline QA/QC and engineering compliance checks on all work performed by themselves or junior engineers within the group
• Review and manage project and general specifications, engineering procedures and engineering policy
• Adherence to company processes and procedures
• Responsible for all work completed in his/her section and delivered to client
• Ensure efficient and effective production of project deliverables
• Assist the Department Manager in discipline related activities and work share with other centers

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Materials or Chemical Engineering with 20 years of experience
• Experience in Offshore platform / FPSO Piping Engineering
• Familiarity with offshore/FPSO piping materials, stress, layout and support engineering and design concepts
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and coordinate well with the piping materials, stress and layout teams, as well as other disciplines
• Hands-on experience as Lead Piping Engineer on large sized FPSO/Offshore platform projects
