Legal Support

• Review, draft, and negotiate legal documentation for trading activities, including ISDA agreements, custody agreements, prime brokerage agreements, and fund administration contracts.

Professional Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Account Management: Oversee full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), Profit & Loss Statements, and Balance Sheets for the company and regional offices.
• Cash Flow Optimization: Manage cash flows, process payroll and employee claims, and perform vendor and outstanding payments.
• Invoice and Collection Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and collections.
