We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Service Manager and Project Manager in the ICT Solutions domain. These roles will focus on driving customer satisfaction, managing service delivery, and ensuring the successful execution of projects

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and challenges, explore and expand business opportunities, and design service solutions tailored to meet customer needs
• Develop and execute project strategies, including bidding, negotiation, risk management, and delivery plans, ensuring successful contract fulfilment and deliverability
