Job Responsibility
- Expand business and carve out a reputation for the company to be the leading provider of a comprehensive range of structural building materials to local businesses.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and industry trends for sales pipeline.
- Develop accurate projects tracking and sales forecast reports.
- Able to conduct Product Presentations to customers.
- Provide technical service support to customers.
- Work closely with various departments for timely delivery.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Building, Architecture, Sales & Marketing or Engineering preferred.
- Preferably with a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in dry mix/structural building materials/building construction industry.
- Pro-active and ability to work independently.
- Excellent in negotiation skills.
- Possess own vehicle.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented team-player who is able to work under pressure.
QEHS Responsibility
Implement and abide by requirements set out in the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System, ISO standards and applicable legal and other requirements.
