• Following up and management of all shipping documents
• Supports the manager to Formalize and update the operating procedures of the boutique (stocks, cash desk, security)
• Provides Administrative support to the team in booking couriers, deliveries, transfers including operational support on supplies orders.
• Supports the manager to ensure perfect compliance with company processes.
• Manages and follow up with transfers within stores to be sent back for commerical activities (photo shoots, trunk shows, etc)
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
