Responsibilities:
- Obtain inventory requirements of materials to support assembly needs.
- Acquire materials that ensure high quality of products and on-time delivery.
- Enter and process Manufacturing Orders daily, verifying material availability as applicable.
- Respond to customer needs and manage customer orders through the process.
- Independently process orders, including freight, export documents, and tariffs within a specified region.
- Ensure equipment is delivered to customers’ sites.
- Report, monitor, and count materials and finished goods for inventory control.
- Collaborate effectively with regional sales personnel, regional administrator personnel, and other support functions.
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma in Logistic/ Supply Chain or other equivalent
- Proven experience in inventory management and order processing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
